What the heck is a live Instagram Printer?
Live Instagram Printers are the next-gen photobooth, hired for events
to print all the photos your guests upload to Instagram. Your ever-friendly-
and-always-helpful PrintBoxx Operator constantly monitors your unique
event hashtag and will automatically print your 6x4 photos for you and
your guests to enjoy as a keepsake from the event.
I'm a business, will it help me?
PrintBoxx will drive your events social media reach further by encouraging
guests to take photos and share them with their network of friends using
your business hashtag.
It's my wedding, will PrintBoxx enhance
my special day?
Yes, you betcha. Your family and guests can snap plenty of pics on their
smartphones during the wedding and reception to create more memories
for you on your special day.
What size do the photos print ?
Photos print on 6x4 inch premium glossy photo paper.
Can we customise the prints?
You sure can! Do you want to show your guests username on your print? Maybe you want to hide their captions? Just want the prints to showcase your brand and logo? No problem! We can customise the design and layout of your prints to suit YOU.
How many prints can we have at our event?
You will have chosen a package that corresponds with 300/600/900 prints per event. The PrintBoxx will generate approximately 3 prints per minute. That's about 180 prints per hour! We can reprint any pics tagged within your print limit.
What happens if pics are still in the "Printer Queue" when our event ends?
If you have not yet reached your packages limit of included prints by the time your event ends, we will happily print all pics in the queue at the end of the event. If you would like to continue printing photos and have reached your package limit, additonal charges will apply. Alternatively, we can email ALL pics to you via Dropbox link. That way you still have ALL the digital files to enjoy after the event.
Can we run a live feed with all the photos tagged at our event?
No problem! We offer live projection of all tagged photos from your event onto a screen attached to the PrintBoxx.
Do we need a special hashtag for it work?
You'll need a unique hashtag to make sure all the photos printed are from your event. We can help you create your own if you're stuck for ideas. Info cards are generated by us to advise your guests of the unique hastag you will be using.
What if my guests don’t have a phone (e.g. Grandma)?
No worries! The friendly PrintBoxx attendant will happily snap a few shots for Grandma.
How do I see all the photos?
We will send you a digital copy of ALL photos tagged at your event via DropBox.
Will there be a staff member to operate the Printboxx?
A PrintBoxx operator will be on hand at all times during your event to make sure everything is running smoothly and answer any questions your guests may have about how to use PrintBoxx. Our operators are happy to act as an ambassador for your brand and will hand out any goodies you want people to take home when they collect their prints.

What is the payment policy?
All bookings require a 30% deposit to secure the date requested. The remainder of monies due is paid 7 days prior, along with your print design requirement instructions.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel (for any reason) 30 days or less prior to the event day, half of your deposit will be returned. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, no deposit is returned.
